The saree is gorgeous! She just needs to change the blouse to something simple and a nicer bag. Heavy embroidery can be done ina tasteful way.
Those hanging Christmas tree lights, are they part of the saree or the blouse? Wouldn’t it be super cool if they could be lit up and they kept flickering? :P
Pretty sari.. pretty girl… but blouse and bag ruin it! Why cant the TV “heroines” see themselves in the mirror before they step out??
I actually find myself agreeing with Lee on this one. While I can see where you guys are coming from very clearly with the wtheyy, I do actually think the embroidery of the sari is ok.. I don’t like the blouse though..and the dangly things are um, just weird. Not sure how I feel about those *-) lol.
The drape and the color and accessory choices make this really wtheyy.. And the blouse. Something lower cut would have been better.. Who is she btw?

Heavy embroidery CAN be done tastefully, but this is not an example of that

Like the hair, the bangles, the makeup. Ditch the blouse, the white bag, and the white watch. She definitely wears the sari well though! I don’t think it’s bad enough to make it into the “wthey” arena…

agree with LEE, saree is nice, just blouse and bag need changing. Karishma always looks pretty, and does have a slight similarity with shilpa shetty, heights and big smile helps.

the sari is actually quite nice – just needs a more normal blouse

I liked the saree. she looks good. bag could hv been better. Blouse should have been different. But the color of saree is gorgeous.

i agree with lee, the sari is actually really pretty. and the heavy embroidery is not bad, because the peach color of the sari is so beautiful. granted the bag is horrible, but why does it seem to me that, yet again, just because you guys see a soapstar, you automatically think cheap, wannabe?
also, while the sari is pretty and karishma does look nice, i guess this look would certainly depend on what the event is.
ewww ewww.. what an OTT saree in not such a nice way!! the saree has that bead effect connecting its pallu.. thats not even the blouse… different but awful outcome
i like the color of the saree and blouse..and it suits her.but i think that if the saree is heavy then the blouse needs to be simple and vice versa..both of the pieces could have worked paired with simpler pieces but not each other…
I like the saree. It’s a subtle colour and quite pretty. Ya, the bag spoils the look though.

Very pretty saree – minus the bead dangling blouse and the dangling bead interconnecting the pallu. Of course the bag must go.

Amazing embroidery work on saree. I love the pattern but the creativity is not that much great we use to see in other embroidery sarees. If we do embroidery with machine embroidery technique rather hand it would be marvelous.
