i think the dress without all the other stuff could have worked
the hair is awful though and the earrings tacky
take away the earrings and the sunglasses and I think it could have worked..

I actually like the hair-it’s very sixties with a sort of “day at the beach” vibe. I’m not a fan of super-printed dresses (especially ones that are brightly colored), but this would look amazing in an editorial spread. In real life … not so much. Do you guys remember that polka-dotted dress Priyanka wore a while back at some day event? I think that was a much more appropriate for a day at the races.

I don’t think the dress is that bad. It’s just that it’s so airy and casual, but her hair and earrings are are a lot more formal and stiff.

No no no, the way the print on the dress keep recurring in the sections on the dress just made a good dress fugly..
In a way I think her face and styling looks good enough for the occasion. I mean it’s one of those horse races where everyone’s stiff as anything… so in my opinion the dress makes her look bad rather than the other way around
the entire garden in one dress……the roses, the marigolds, the sunflowers, the ponsitias, etc etc…..
