While Sophie went for a strapless gown by Manav Gangwani, Malaika (Zayed’s wife) sported a short dress. I thought Sophie looked divine in her gown. Loved the chiffon knot detail and the subtle sparkles on her gown. Quite an upgrade from the tacky MM sari that we saw on her yesterday. Malaika, on the other hand, had a bad dress to begin with. The dress itself had too much going on with the diamond pattern, sequins and fringe and all of it was made worse by limp hair and less than impressive sandals.

I am a sucker for black dresses so I actually love both. The diamond pattern is really pretty, but I agree about the sandals…they ruin the look.
I am in love with Sophie’s black gown. It has this whole gothic vampire vibe which I’m totally into. I would have paired it with red lips though.
