Sonakshi went for an offbeat look at the Zee Cine Awards wearing a Gauri and Nainika gown. In terms of hair, we haven’t seen her takes much risks but that changed tonight when she opted for a super straight do featuring a Manish Arora for Amrapli spiked headband.
Finishing out her look was a Valliyan midi ring and a Manish Arora for Amrapali bangle.
It’s probably just me but the gown with its black lace detail gives this 80’s punk bride-wannabe feel. All that’s missing here are some torn lace gloves.
How are you feeling about this look on Ms. Sinha? Still a bit safe? Just edgy enough?

Kudos to Sonakshi for making it work, but I can’t get on board with this over-designed G&N gown. Everytime I look at one of their designs, I get a deja vu of either Givenchy or Lanvin!!
I really like her hair and eye make up. The dress is alright, but she makes it look more fabulous, it fits her really well and she works the red carpet.
Good on her. I think she looks great!

Wow! for a moment I couldn’t recognize Sonakshi. Lately she just looks so stunning and so very different.
Nope! The statue of liberty called & wants her head band back. All that´s missing is the torch. The hairband is just as gimmicky as Deepika´s, imo

This dress should have been made without the black tulle on the bottom. It would’ve looked awesome!
I get the concept of this dress but the transition into the black tulle is too harsh IMO.
Also, I would probably wear a fierce earring ( ear back?) of the same style rather than the headband with this dress.

She looks amazing … Best red carpet appearances from anyone is a long long time … And is it just me, or does Indian wear make her look bigger than she actually is ?!
On an aside, G &N need to stop taking design inspirations from Dior, Givenchy and Valentino.

Dram-ah-tic! That’s a hard dress to pull off, but the styling helps makes this a winner. Love that headband, even though it vaguely reminds me of the Statue of Liberty. ;)
She has definitely gained much confidence after the weight loss. The gown though not all that good looks damn nice on her. These kind of silhouettes are not for the curvier ones, for sure.
