Little Wonders!
The child actors from Slumdog Millionaire also got to attend the Academy Awards. If I am not mistaken, when asked the boys mentioned that their suits from Brooks Brothers. (Correct me If I am wrong!)
The kids also got to visit Universal Studios while they were in L.A. You can check out the pics inside.

They are the cutest!!
OMG, they look SO ADORABLE! Rubina looks like a little Cinderella.
awwww how cutee!!! bless them!
OMG they look adorable! Here’s to the real stars of the film *raises glass*. I’m glad they are in the limelight finally, I was getting sick of Dev and Freida getting all the accolades without even doing anything to deserve it – Dev with his horribly out of place accent in the film and Freida doing little else than look sad. The amount of hype these two are riding on is ridiculous.
Best of luck kids! I wish all of you all the very best in your respective futures!
CUTENESS! <3
these children have touched so many peoples’ hearts the world over – it is wonderful to see them gracing the red carpet – they look so smart, and were absolutely adorable in their interviews! fingers crossed for the slumdog millionaire team – the excitement is truly palpable…
I’mso glad they were able to come :)
they deserve the attention more than any of the other stars- to be wuote honest
They are all so cute and more important, so deserving of this. I hope this experience gives them an opportunity to better their lives.
So nice to see these pics! It’s great to see them enjoying this. That boy looks like he is the one who was in Taare Zameen Par. I am so glad they got the team to the awards.
Wow, I am sure this will be etched in their memories for the rest of their lives!!!!

Cho chweet!!! Feel like hugging all of them. Great job kids, you deserve to be there…..
thrilled the Real STARS of SDM are at the Oscars, but it is a shame to see that they are not accompanied by the older two stars, Frieda and Dev. Why the disconnect?
Truly deserving! Lovely to see them all….Congrats!
adorable!!
Great to see the kids, all so cute. They look so natural and at ease, as if they have been dressing in Brooks Brothers all their lives!
The truly deserving stars who made the movie so memorable….I am SO happy they could got on the stage finally !

Very cute indeed..and they look very very stylish and polished for the occasion.
cheers to the REAL stars of SDM
and i wanna pull ayush’s cheeks
Adorable. I am so glad they are there here ‘cos I think they did an amazing job in the film, even better than Dev & Frieda to be honest. The youngest version of Salim is simply brilliant in the film!
sooo cuteee ..
i think the teenage jamal is the cutest of them all..
but they are all so adorable!
i saw their interview and they were all trying to speak at once.. showed how excited they were to be there and it truly showed on their faces..
esp when slumdog was announced the best picture.. they showed a close up of one of the kids and u could tell he had tears in his eyes..
so touching!
good job!!
both the Jamals are soooooooo cute! Specially the elder one.. Actually the ELDEST one (Dev) is also so cute! The got the perfect “Jamals”. No wonder!!! So glad, this movie finally made history!!!
Brought tears to my eyes when I saw how excited they were while being interviewed. Ridiculously cute, especially little Ayush. Oh and yes, I noticed Ashutosh “posing” a lot, so cute! Good for them because they truly deserved to be there and get showered with all that attention. Also, they all look age and event appropriate and very smart.
Its amazing how the kids actually look like they would grow up to look like Dev and Freida. Amazing casting!
They looked so cute…so happy for them!!!
they’re awesome in SM! Lil Jamal aka Ashutosh is my fav! So adorable!
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! They are beyond cute!!!!!!! I cried when the movie won best picture :D
this is adorable…. some of these kids… Ayush for on actually live in dharavi slums in Mumbai and this must be so unbelievable for them…. like someone said life imitating art….hope they all go places and better their lives!
wow soo cute. i agree that they are the real stars of the show.
hehe….ashutosh is totally working his side profile. good on you ,kid! would’ve done the same meself.
ayush is the cutest kid alive!
They all look so sweet…….DID ANYONE NOTICE THE Mahendi on the girl with the hair band in the gray dress.
OMG are these kiids adorable or what!!!!
Just love them. we had tears in our eyes when we saw them being interviewed on the red carpet. They SO deserve every bit of the adulation and more!
Infact, Frieda Pinto had the smallest role among them all (and yet, the most limelight). The little Jamal and Salim had the most dialogs and most of the story, and I must say they were both so cute. They set the performances of the rest of the cast of kids. Imagine, the little Salim (Azhar) is actually a kid from the slums (and the little Rubina too)..and both Azhar and Rubina have the most angelic eyes and look. Your heart just melts seeing them smile their hearts out.
Kudos to the casting team for picking such a great cast of kids.
And Slumdog deserves every bit of adulation that comes it’s way. I wish there was a way (or a category) that the kids could have been nominated in for the oscars.
Awww…everyone said this BUT…SOOO CUTE<3<3
How cute! It’s amazing how similar the kids look to each other and to the older ones!! Such great casting!
