In M?

Milind Soman was spotted again wearing a look that he also wore on the ramp at the Mai Mumbai show at LFW. My suspicions are that these designs are from his new fashion line ‘M” started by him and textile designer Madhu Jain.

Says Milind about the label: “The whole idea is to promote rich Indian tradition and work that is losing its charm, so we are here to revive our traditional heritage. Madhu will be doing the designing part and I will focus on marketing but together we will do the selection of design. It will be team work.”

I don’t know if any other man can pull this look off with ease but Milind sure does! (Hell, did I ever care about what he wore as long as he kept that face clean! ;) Thank god, the bearded long hair phase is over!)

  1. the left dupatta is a Mangalgiri weave (Nandita Das wore a saree of the same kind and combo with a godawful orange blouse a while ago); the one on the right I think is an Orissa weave, probably a Bomkai or a Sambalpuri… so yes, Madhu Jain all over. Yum idea to have such a hot in-house brand ambassador!
