Wearing a Raw Mango lehenga, Konkona first attended a film festival’s closing night festivities and then later, a diwali party. With gajra (flowers) in her hair, she rounded out the look with Amrapali jewelry and an embellished potli.
Konkona looked nice. I do wish she had worn a dark/matte burgundy lip color instead of the brown she usually favors… It really would’ve taken the look up a notch.

If this is the same outfit, this is an example of how colour (including skin colour) can look different in pictures, and especially with flash. That is why I cringe when people give flak to stars for ‘whitewashing’. It can just be terrible picture quality!
She looks elegant. And this is how you do desi if that’s what one is comfortable in. Comfortable stance/posing always. I like the pics where it looks green. :P
