Wearing Not So Serious by Pallavi Mohan hot off the runway, Kangana attended a recent book launch. There’s not much Ms. Ranaut can do wrong but this appearance left us disappointed.
The lip color when combined with the color of her separates and the matching suede boots made the look much too heavy for a Springtime appearance. Having suffered through a brutal Winter here, we need no reminders of the cold weather we’ve left behind.

I actually like this look, yep even the make-up and especially the lip color. The real downer are the shoes/boots.

I think she looks super minus the boots- it’s what tips the look into clown mode.
