Spotted by ‘ariel001’, Charlize in the same Stella McCartney fringe dress first seen on Priyanka at the Bombay Times 14th Anniversary Bash. While Priyanka wore it metallic peep-toe pumps, Charlie wore simple flats with her dress. Who do you like better?

Charlize totally outshines Priyanka. She pulls the dress off effortlessly and i love chic sandals.
The fit of the dress looks wrong on Priyanka. Is Priyanka’s dress a replica because it sure looks it.
I prefer Priyanka. The heels on the peep-toe shoes enhance the intense vertical lines of the dress. The t-straps on Charlize just aren’t flattering with that dress.
Charlie looks effortlessly stylish and great without even much makeup unlike priyanka.

The flats are not working for me with this dress, but I prefer the dress on Charlize. Some strands of Priyanka’s dress are dangling.

It looks so much better on Charlize Theron- minimal make up and accessories, effortless chic. The same dress on Priyanka looks “hoicked” up, esp under her armpits.. Sometimes (correct me if Im wrong!) I feel our Indian celebs try too hard when it comes to Western wear.

I don’t like the fit of it on either woman- Priyanka i the bust, Charlize in the hip- but I’m going with Charlize as well because she didn’t overdress the outfit. Not that I would have chosen those shoes, but she let the dress do the talking, as opposed to Priyanka, who’s trying to one-up the dress with the hair(!!!) and makeup. Ladies, switch shoes! lol!
Priyanka looks very wannabe-ish, next door gal tryin’ to be model… on Charlize it looks like a real model’s wearing it. there’s a clear difference. its very obvious actually!

This style is carried best on Charlize, she is not even trying hard it just flows as for Priyanka it resembles curtain drapes, shoes don’t go and even posture not right, she eludes no confidence.

oh boy do you even have to ask?! – Charlize of course, even with flats she is oozing glamour and sophistication (could be the hair, could be the cheesy grin…) but the whole look seems a bit off, not loving her footwear either, she gets it massively wrong in the footwear department a lot of the time.
Charlize is effortless…she is not even trying here and beats Priyanka by miles.

oufit on priyanka is modified at the neck..The cut is much higher than charlize and so is the shape of the neck design killing the entire look of the dress…sigh!!
when a dress is bad its bad, even charlize with her tall slim figure and beautiful face and rest can not really make you say wow when you see this dress on her, ugly dress, ugly material, ugly style, ugly ugly all together

My Homie from the dark continent looks like da bomb! Charlize any day…she makes a potato sack look elegant. Priyanka’s choice of the pewter heels…so bllllllahhh.
