In Sabyasachi
Most of you are tired of seeing Vidya always donning Sabyasachi. Heck, even we’d also like to see her change it up a bit. To give her credit though, you’ll notice that she has been changing up her hair a bit by giving us crimped hair, plaits and buns (more styles than some others have tried).
Coming to this appearance of her, have to admit I love the lime green sari, just not a fan of the brocade blouse.
Update: Added closeup pics. Love how Ms. Balan did colorblock by way of the orange bindi. Looks so cute.

Aww she looks SO pretty!
love the blouse! i agree the appearance is same-old, same-old, but i’ll still take it over short-and-sexy anytime.
I love the sari. I’m glad to see her choosing more lightweight sarees, because she does have a lovely figure that unfortunately becomes overwhelmed with heavier fabrics. However, I wish she would choose shorter-sleeved blouses. Her hair is also a bit severe.
Whats not to like about the blouse? Looks good to me and the saree is pretty too, is it muslin/cotton?
earrings would have added so much, but she still looks fascinating! :)
I happen to absolutely LOVE Sabyasachi, and this sari and look is no exception. I’m just tired of Vidya always looking the same and always dressing much much older than her age. I actually think she could do a lot better with her hairstyle…again, dress and style yourself YOUNGER and fresher Vidya.
This saree looks crumpled/messy. Definitely not a saree to wear to give/receive some sort of award!
the sari is lovely but the hair is much too severe and headmistressy. vidya has gorgeous hair. she should show it off. it would be great if she started wearing some nice jewellery with her sabyas.
Hair pulled back tight, no jewelry and a big bindi.Guess she’s really beautiful to be able to pull it off.She looks really nice with that bindi.
Love the hair. she is taking baby steps and doing well must say. Love this look. Saree worn well.
God you have spam protector now and IT WANTS US to do MATH…Noooooo
lol…as long as its basic math, I’m fine. Hope it doesn’t go into probability and calculus! :)
The saree’s lovely! I just wish Vidya could figure out a new way to drape it, then half her predictability woes would be gone.
PS- Am getting bored of polishing my maths skills. Any chance the spam protection feature will disappear in the near future? :(
Beautiful saree. I guess this is a cotton saree, is it muslin?
shee could have wear some jwlry
I love Vidya’s look. She has found her niche….BUT Vidya you need to wear jewelry, Sabya can help.
that bindi is from Siddhivinayak Temple!!! sorry but i am not digging this look…that hair ruins it for me…
Love the orange bindi :) Good for her.
the sari is beautiful. she just doesn’t carry it very well.
lovely sari…
love the green..
vidya lukin beautiful…..
Am fed up of the elbow-level sleeves & no-necklace looks, by anyone.
Lovely…love the bright colors on her.
vidya balan is a gorgeous lady made more gorgeous by these stunning Sabyasachi saris. But can any body please enlighten me upon what are those strings of beads that she has on her right hand always no matter what the attire? exquisite pieces of jewelry would have added a lot to her looks… and i also feel that her hair is a bit harshly tied here…
omg! this sari so badly wants some jwellery at least some earrings
Love the non jewelry simplistic look :)
