In Nachiket Barve

Mostly seen in Swapnil Shinde‘s creations, Urvashi surprised us by wearing a blue Nachiket Barve gown at the premiere of her movie ‘Baabar’. She also wore a pink Spring 2009 Nachiket Barve gown to a promotional event in Ahmedabad the previous day. We liked the flowy ombre dresses (seen on Roshni and Sonali ) from this collection but the gown’s aren’t our thing. What say you?

Don’t like the gowns much but she looks lovely, especially in blue.
The hot pink gown looks very nice…But I am not liking the blue one so much. The bodice is extremely unflattering.
love the pink gown, but the blue one makes the wearer — even someone as slight as Urvashi — look very thick-waisted.
OMG not even borderline..this is just plain ugly.. i can imagine them as shorter dresses, but for floor length just wrong.. and the bust is weird..
Somehow they don’t look as good in real life, Urvashi is pretty but has no charisma :/
I absolutely see no designer creativity… both the dress are lame maxi gowns with already know styles like two color combo. Yawn…
the colour combinations of the gows are great ! but thats about it. urvashi looks pretty, though.
the pink is nice, i dont know what they were meant for or priced at, but it does look like a nice maxi dress for the summer.
