Poorna attended the HBO Golden Globes after-party on Sunday evening wearing a black Gucci gown. Between the ruffle that ran from the shoulder to the floor and the ‘fro do, Ms. Jagannathan’s look came off looking a bit comical. The ruffled gown also wasn’t very flattering.
I wish she’d worn her her hair like she did over here.

On day two of Couture Week, Poorna took in both the Rahul Mishra show and the Gaurav Gupta one shows wearing separates by the latter. Considering she had the time to change, am surprised she didn’t pick a Mishra look to his show.
Between the smoky eyes and the sculpted hairdo, she already had me hooked and while she looked fabulous in both looks, I think am more drawn to the white one. The hint of the black bra made the look tad sexier.

While most opted for gowns, Poorna went a more laidback route wearing a Fendi dress with Pheddies pumps and a floral clutch from Sapphire.
Even with the sequin detail, the pumps felt a bit lackluster especially worn with this dress. A pair of strappy sandals would’ve dialed up the look a bit more. She looked nice ankle-up though.

Wearing a Gucci Fall 2015 dress (NSFW), Poorna attended a recent Awards event. Keeping her make-up understated, the actor finished out her look with an Anusha Lalwani clutch and black pumps. Between the length and the top half, it’s not a look that would’ve worked on everyone. But it does on Poorna; she looked good! And brownie points for always keeping it interesting on the red carpet as well.

Wearing Prabal Gurung, Poorna attended the opening night of Nirbhaya, the play, which is currently playing off Broadway in NYC. Sporting the separates with a wet hair look, she finished out her look with black pumps.
