We all have favs and it seems like designer Divya Anand is Poorna’s. Spotted first in a jumpsuit by the designer at NY Film festival (see here), the actress wore a maxi to the designer’s collection preview a few weeks back and flared silk pants at the Converse bash recently.

Got a favorite? We don’t mind the sheer look but it seems more appropo for a beach party and the Converse bash wasn’t one.

In Mynah by Reynu Taandon

We love kaftans! Well, how can one not? They are so roomy, breezy and so very forgiving to that extra love handle that creeps up over winter. :P

Except, while we love the sunburst like print on Poorna’s Mynah one, hating the fact that her hands are just lost in the over-sized sleeves and that she wore it to a nighttime bash. Light kaftans like these seem more appropriate for a poolside party or the beach.

Manish Arora Spotting

Over the weekend, we managed to catch Delhi Belly on the big screen and what caught our attention was the Manish Arora tops sported by Poorna.

I had instantly recognized the colorful tank (on the right) during the promos but was surprised to see her wear the hand mudra top (one of my favorites) right in the beginning.

At the Indian Film Festival in New York, Poorna was spotted sporting summery-casual maxi dresses on the red carpet… And needless to say, one of those two appearances was a clear miss. Just how unflattering and unsightly is that dress from the opening night?

P.S. Poorna makes her Bollywood debut in the upcoming movie Delhi Belly.
