Ms. Zinta has really upped the ante on the chic factor!! First there was this and now this at the Women Achiever awards!! I love her deep metallic iron-grey outfit!! On anyone else it might have been a bit much but she absolutely makes it work! Très Chic!!

The Narendra Kumar Ahmad designed jacket might quite possibly be the jacket of the season, after all we have already seen Neil Nitin, Saif and John in it, and John even has it in multiple colors!
This time around the jacket has been spotted on Rahul Dev who likes it so much that within a span of few days, he wore it at a Fashion Show in Hyderabad and then again at the Filmfare awards!
