Rhea opted for a cobalt blue Sailex which on the runway was more like a midi. On her though, the outfit came off as a maxi. We don’t have a good full-length pic hence I can’t judge if the dress was that awkward length but the middle pic makes me suspect it was.
Waist up though, she looked good.

I like the look maybe not very elegant for Filmfare I am saying that only because of the chiffon lower half of the dress..This is still a good look..
If you are wearing a maxi then according to me it should be of floor length..i.e. no heels visible..it looks awkward to me to see maxi length uptill heels only !!!
