In Jenny Packham

After attending and presenting at the 2016 Oscars, Priyanka headed over to the Vanity Fair After Party but not before changing into a shimmery grey Jenny Packham gown.

At first glance itself I wasn’t a fan of the look and and it is possibly because the middle-parted ponytail seems too meh for the peekaboo gown. I get that she probably had no time to change the hairdo and perhaps picking a gown that worked better with the ponytail might have been the move to make.

What say you? Like this after-party look?

  1. No makes her stomach look bulgy which it most definitely isn’t ! Cape makes it lose shape and grey is just too meh . Dull make up and the hair isn’t doing anything for her

  2. All too often, garish colors are given too much credit. Here, a darker lipstick in a stylish shade would have done the trick. However, I like the overall understated elegance.

  3. I feel like this is a complete miss. The cape top minimizes her impressive assets and gives her a non-existent paunch. Plus, the color is drab. Priyanka is too sexy for this dress. :)

  4. Gray is a tricky color to wear for Indian skin tone and I think she looks pretty nice in it. And she looks so much better in the up close shot. Don’t like how the gown is giving her a bumpy tummy.

  5. This is actually so underwhelming for Priyanka, who usually loves her bright colours, patterns and fun makeup. It’s just so meh! Boring!! I agree about the bold lip – would’ve definitely bumped this up a notch!

  6. I would have loved to see her wear an Indian inspired gown or atleast a gown from an Indian designer at the oscars.
And a bold lip is much needed with this dress.

  7. Is it me or someone else agreed she picked colors and silhouettes of both gowns that did nothing for her. She is fit as hell, but somehow both times she looked tired in the white and grey…

  8. In a couple of recent posts, I’ve notices PC mostly doing the one sided smirky smile. It isn’t sexy or saucy. Wish she could try smiling normally more often. And the gown is just meh. Reminds me of what Kareena wore on the Vogue cover shoot that celebrated 25 years of Manish Malhotra. And surprisingly, I find I like the MM creation way better.

  9. Really disappointed…this was the Oscars, I was expecting fireworks. She had brought her A game to all her other appearances in the U.S post Quantico…this was lackluster in comparison.
