welll.. would say this fashion show is deffy different.. love the blue and white saree..and love the work on eshas dress, but not the design.. tho the last 3 designs are scary.. what was she thinking designing the 3rd last one?
Wow these are lovely clothes. I usually think Indian designers are so amateurish but this collection is very beautiful. I think the designer really plays to the fundamental strengths of Indian design and that’s why it works
This is a mess of a collection. Where it isn’t tacky it’s incohesive.
And, um, you should never use pale white chicks on an Indian catwalk. They simply can’t pull it off. Besides which, the white woman in question is not even modelesque. What happened?
wow guys really?! I agree with arbitrary-these clothes are way too busy and way too OTT- HORRIBLE, there is not even one that I like
and no, I don’t see ANY Ellie Saab (who I love) resemblance – nor Alexander McQueen :/
…ok I lied, the first one in the third row is kitchsy, but that’s ALL
Pria and hubby have moved to Kuwait about 6 years ago….the influence of loud and garish is VERY obvious….this was for that market…confused clothes…no theme…and very loud…
7th row on the right dress is nice, something very mumtaz about it!!
Isha koppikar’s outfit looks terrible, and she doesn’t help either.
The kaftan style outfits are nice, but not too keen on some of the print.
Are some of the models english??

Totally garish and loud. I hate it but some kitty-party aunty somewhere must be jumping up and down with joy!
oh nice !! loving the collection !!
love, love love .. at last, something beautiful and different..
the collection is way too flashy.. gotta tone it town a bit
Doesn’t the second to last picture remind everyone of Elie Saab and Alexander McQueen?
And the fourth one, it was in this magazine called G2.

These clothes cater to the Middle East… maybe that’s the market she is eyeing, garish designs like these work very well over there.
