In Nicolas Jebran Couture
Mahirah attended the Beirut International Awards Festival on Sunday wearing a Nicolas Jebran gown from the Lebanese designer’s Spring 2017 couture collection with diamond jewellery from Zoughaib & Co. As you can see while the original gown featured a thigh-high revealing slit, Mahirah’s gown was modified to fill the gap with the same material as the floral train, a move that I thought made the gown look even more elegant.
Simple styling helped the gown be the highlight. She looked amazing!

Very poor makeup. She looks like a wax statue
I think that slit in the middle looks damn wierd with a filling.. she looks stunning… but that’s her then
I like it with the slit on the model. What legs! Though the gown is nice on Mahira. Her makeup looks so tacky.
Since the gown is spectacular, her hair should have been all at the back (interesting neckline). The makeup has gone wrong here.Even with the styling wrong she managed to look gorgeous and kudos to her for that!
Not an Indian celebrity, not an Indian designer. Why is she here?
is this a place to be patrioitic?
No not like that at all! Just wondering if P&P are expanding. I like her. But then if they are covering her, are we going to see more non Indian celebs?
P&P have been covering Pakistani celebrities as well for sometime now, sadly, every time they do so, some negative comments always pop up!!
like a comedian said, hate is our default setting for pak, like rich/classy is for west… anyway, sorry i get your query.
+1
Maybe because marketers seem to define some nebulous “South Asia” which is not even a thing. Sad!
She featured in an Indian movie, there is that one connection apart from others.
True that the gown looks elegant with those changes. Even the earrings are gorgeous! But Mahira’s face looks roasted… second pic. That orange coloured makeup is just really bad.
thats an awkward looking bump on tummy as part of th dress, looks really urequired… a flat front would be just fab… or maybe not that balloony!
Why pick the dress if you’re too prudish to need to modify it?
It is a weird dress in the first place, it makes her look like she’s pregnant. Also, terrible make-up.
That make up… NOPE!
Can’t look past the make up – but other than that she wears that big gown rather well.
omg what a breathtaking gown this is !! would love t wear this one day :)
Not an Indian celebrity, not an Indian designer. Why is she here?
Because we cover South Asia but because Indian Cinema has more events, that takes up majority of our content. :)
I did not know that. Thank you for clarifying. Just to be clear – I wasn’t being anti-anyone – it was a genuine question :-)
With that reasoning, please cover the dreamy Fawad as well :)
oh yeah… he’s mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm… and many of their male stars!
Mahira looks good! Interesting gown.
Interesting gown but awful blusher.
