In Paco Rabanne by Manish Arora
We all were hoping Lady Gaga would don atleast one Manish Arora during her trip to India. She didn’t but pretty much made up for it by wearing not one but 5 outfits from the designer’s first ever collection for Paco Rabanne at the MTV European Music Awards 2011.
We are so kicked! What better way for a collection to debut off the runway!

Good luck to whoever was sitting behind her.
LOL, I’m sure that was her intention.
I doubt that was an issue. She would have been standing the whole while. Doubt anyone can sit in those costumes.
I believe lady Gaga os the most outrageous of dressers and this collection seems to have been custom-made for her. I cannot imagine seeing anyone else in this – definitely not the bollywood crowd.
uhh these are not dresses but costumes.
Ridiculous!
BOLD AND ECCENTRIC!
only manish arora could have made them and only lady gaga could have carried them off!
Agree 100%.
how does he do it !!!
just leaves me wondering !
I have to say I was very excited about this collection of Arora’s. It seemed as if he had found himself and had toned down the maximist in him by making some spectacular and yet wearable dresses. That is until the fan dresses came out! I am sure many of the financiers and buyers while amazed by the outlandish cloths will find this venture a business failure. You really just can’t have the one client (Gaga).

This is fantastic! I was watching the show and wondering where she got these costumes from. May not be wearable but great visibility!
I guess he had her in mind when he designed these dresses…or costumes as someone above called em. But good for Manish Arora, nice to to see an Indian designer out on the map!!!
Costumes soo for Gaga-on-stage. And the only reason, am entertained!!!
creative yes…wearable no…costumey yes …..safe no…thats y she tripped onstage!!! but not to take away from manish arora’s impactful designs and GAGA’s affinity for the outlandish.. must have been fun to watch it.
