In Payal Khandwala
Kareena was also one of the celebrity guests at the International Children’s Film Festival opening ceremony. The actor wore a brocade Payal Khandwala long kurta and skirt combo which was paired with a Suhani Pittie necklace and a floral Anita Dongre box clutch.
Not only did I love the separates themselves but the finishing touches here really elevated the look. She looked fabulous.

Love love love love!!!!
I love her neck piece. Also, I love her outfit, it’s very unique, and very beautiful colors.
We does not usually see such kind of looks on kareena..but this works well here..though the way she is holding the clutch ..it looks like an unessacary accesorry for her..not a gripe though
This is my favorite look for kareena, ever!! The outfit is beautiful, the styling is perfect and that necklace is just wow!!
Kurta could’ve been tad shorter but a lovely look indeed!
Love everything about this look. So elegant!
Gasp. So gorgeous! That color just brightens her.
Kareena looks stunning! Love love love the outfit and the styling!
Love everything about this look. Except the box clutch…that I LUST.
So gorgeous ! I want this outfit right Away!
Its simple and yet elegant and youthful, very event appropriate as well.
My my. She looks superb! Love the outfit, lover the neckpiece, love Kareena in it.
Eep. Love the neckpiece*
The colours look amazing on her
That statement neck piece elevates the look even more and makes it an interesting look
The length of the kurta is making her look short
+1
The Kapoor sisters are killing it. Love both their looks.
Fabulous.
I just kept looking at her for a good 30 seconds, taking in each of the marvelously done details of her look. GORGEOUS is the word! she is glowing. The attire, hairstyle, neckpiece and makeup – AH-MA-ZING ! and the clutch – *my my*.. Wish could have it. :(
While she looks gorgeous in a creative piece, how cute and pretty is that mithai-ka-dabba look alike cluth.
LOVE! Absolutely love this look on Kareena. Never thought I’d like something by Payal Khandelwal. But this outfit is gorgeous.
Very beautiful…thought this was Sanjay garg ,it’s a lot like his designs
She looks stunning !! Fab look. 10/10
On anyone else maybe little odd but on Bebo it’s fab! She is looking gorgeous
Love it. No complaints!
Lovely. This is one of my favourite looks of Kareena. And that black chanderi (?) saree she wore during 3 idiots promotion. She should do more traditional weaves.
Ah she looks gorgeous in those colours. One of the things I like about Payal Khandwala’s stuff is that they can be worn with gorgeous statement neck-pieces.
How gorgeous does she look when she doesn’t pout!!
Wowzaaaaaaaa
Kareena rocks as always but I cant help wondering how great this dress would have looked had it been a crop top and we would have got full view of the gorgeous skirt!
+1
I think she can use the skirt with another crop top maybe of a different color. That way two looks for one skirt. :D
Hi P&P, Kareena is wearing Kimkhab kurta, one of the richest form of brocade where Mughal motifs are used and gold and silver threads are used for weaving on pure silk. Its an entirely different category, very rich and quite expensive ;) . Sanjay Garg’s designs usually uses Kimkhab material only. If possible, please make that correction. I’m from Benares and I would love to see the varities of weaving and their names being promoted. Thanks a lot!!!
Royalty is finally rubbing off on her. Gorgeous !!
just amazing..love it when Kareena does these more down to earth yet stunning looks…
Gorgeous both sisters, but for me Kareena edges out karishma just a tiny bit. This look is so much more event appropriate. Love the colours, the traditional weaves, the necklace, and the fact that the make up is understated.
This color looks delish on her.Chic jewellery.Btw my friend happened to interview the Kapoor sisters that very day. He said both very ethereal :)
