At the music launch of Manikarnika, Kangana opted for a gold toned Tarun Tahliani sari paired with a Mehta & Sons kundan choker. I normally am not a fan of sheer full sleeves but she made it work here.

Oh Ok, maybe she has to attend a wedding (probably her own, judging by the outfit. Add earrings and maang tika and she’s mandap ready) after the music launch!
But she didn’t add earrings and maang tika. That’s precisely the point. She, usually, knows where to stop.

The blouse is nOt my cup of tea, I would prefer a boat neck simple blouse with the saree. But Kangana carries it well. I however do not like the necklace, makes the already rich saree very heavy and clashes pretty jarringly. I would skip the jewellery altogether.

Love the sari, not the necklace. Would have preferred earrings vs. such a heavy choker.
I think the necklace is totally unnecssary. It stands out and not in a good way
Why that pose? Did she realise it’s a saree.. doesn’t need a snoot. Either the occasion is wrong or the choice of saree.

Perfect pick for the music launch of a movie about a legendary brave heart warrior queen.! She’s in character. The make up is flawless. I am glad to see her wearing heels for a change. She seems to love flats but heels are sexier with sarees.
Pictures from this event on other portals look so much better. Kangana is looking gorgeous! Every inch the movie star. The Tarun Tahiliani saree and blouse is just gorgeous and so are the finishing touches. There is something about Viral Bhayani’s photographs that they look underwhelming on HHC photographs. The first 2 pictures have really low exposure and the remaining 2 have too much flash – great way to ruin photographs!

Very OTT, blingy saree and that choker is just hideous…Not liking it one bit. She has done much better. Liked Ankita’s outfit much better and appropriate for the event in question.
