We are guessing the cold temperatures in Delhi made Ms. Panag hang on to that capelet but we wish she had ditched it for the red carpet. Our vote is a ‘Not’ on this one (because of the capelet), what about for you?

wow!!! ms. panag has nailed this look. everything is perfect n n’sync. the hair, the clutch, shoes, the dress and the capelet. whats wrong with the capelet? i wud say this is easily one of ms. panag’s best appearances. P’n’P can sometimes be way off.
