Close on the heels of her Gilette appearance, Chitrangda sported another cobalt blue dress today at a Parachute event.
The pencil dress featuring a dramatic black ruffle was paired with black Zara ankle strap sandals, but would’ve rather preferred to see the dress with the Zara pumps below.
Would’ve been nice to see her hair done differently (to differentiate from the other look) but given the event, guess she had no choice but to wear it down.

That’s a seriously hideous dress. The ruffle is most definetly larger than the actual outfit itself and I shudder to think how difficult, not to mention weird, it would be to have it flapping under your arm all the time.
I feel perfect shoes for this dress .. Those colorfull shoes won’t go with this beautiful dress
The ruffle of that dress is a disaster. If it was a simple sheath without ruffle and hair in ponytail, she would have looked fabulous!
