IIFA may be over but Ms. Basu has been busy touring the US making appearances at several cities, one of them being Detroit. For the appearance she went white in a Manish Malhotra floor-length anarkali with her hair worn up in an updo showing off the gold and pearl earrings.
Am on the fence about the look because in some pics the hair looks fine but in some, very filmy with the twirls and extreme curls.

Its actually a beautiful delicate anarkali..but not meant for ms basu..her bong features are just calling out for some vibrant colours..more suited on katrina or sonam kapoor
What a hot mess. Hair is dishevelled and the kurta is neither a kurta nor an evening gown.
I actually like the anarkali but definitely not something which Ms Basu can carry well with her body type. Her hair is a mess.
