Model Anchal Kumar was spotted in a Jane Norman dress. If the dress looks familiar it is because it bears a lot of resemblance to the Bebe dress worn by Priyanka at the Morani Bash. (See Here)
As for Anchal, I think she could have done better with black pumps instead of the strappy sandals.

Eww! Jane Norman is a terrible terrible atrocity of a shop! Often referred to as Chav Central by me and others.
The dress does fit her well though- I wish she had pulled back her hair, too- or at least took it off her shoulders.
i like the dress, but agree with Marva, a herve leger dress would’ve looked much better.

I agree with the pumps, but I <3 the dress. But, they could have done her eye makeup better.
Actually the dress is lovely, and the model looks ok only because of no pop out reds. agree with vinnie, black loubotins with the little bit of red sole showing, and a tiny clutch in red would perk it up so.
I like the dress paired with the flats. It’s so hard to pair flats with a going out look. But I think Anchal makes it work.
