Wearing a lehenga, Vaani attended the Umang show.
As pretty as she looked and as envy inducing as that flat stomach is, really wish the dupatta was draped better. That was bit of a turn off and really takes away from the look!

I like her makeup and Vaani has personality. The clothes are hideously unflattering and do nothing to highlight her good points. The blouse doesn’t fit properly, the lehnga’s fit is unseemly around the waist, and overall, cheaply designed and cheaply styled.
Actually, I’d like to despatch all these cookie cutter MM lehngas to outer space.

In the western world it is not okay But In apna India if you go to villages stomach show is really no big deal !! the ghagaras and sarees all have a peekaboo look of it.

I would nt have minded if it was just the waist area. But the top is low cut and sleeves are not full. It is just too much skin show for Indian wear in my opinion. So despite having potential, this ends up looking tacky.
completely agree with desi_love!!showing your stomach is looked down upon in the west in india its really not such a big deal…its not in your face cleavage..she looks STUNNING!love the look!

I don’t get how this is a ‘designer’ outfit…Vaani seems to be thinking the same thing in the 2nd pix! But yeah, she has amazing abs..I don’t mind her showing it off, only if it was in a better outfit though!
