Attending Payal Singhal’s show during Lakme Fashion Week, were the Kolhapuri sisters sporting the designer’s latest.
You’ve already read our take on Ms. Singhal’s show, need we say more? Going just by these two ladies, the clothes just didn’t translate well off the runway. At all.

Almost looks like Tejaswini Kolhapuri is wearing a pageant banner.
Wow! You have to had it to Tejaswini – she looks super confident about that hideous outfit :-D
Dont’ know where to start – the shiny top, the ridiculous sash (or whatever that is!), the translucent tights…ewww!
Their last name is “kolhapure”. Ends with an E.
the clothes and the fabrics used are looking downright cheap and tacky..
Only comment i have is…its Kolhapure, not Kolhapuri :)
Kolhapuris are chappals.
i loved this collection on the runway.. and i still think that they have great potential off the runway as well. i just did not expect to see it on the kolhapures!

the kolhapures are personal friends of the singhals. so i guess they them a favour by wearing these hideous outfits to get the free exposure…..and be featured in HHC
