It was a Gaurav Gupta dress for Lisa while at a recent event. An updo, white pumps and a box clutch finished out the look. The dress with its sculpted shoulder-sleeve detail isn’t our cup of tea but to her credit, Ms. Ray wears the dramatic dress better than most others would.

Lisa also attended the Breast Cancer survivor conference wearing a Manish Malhotra sari with Amrapali earrings. Even if we disregarded the sunnies, which am sure she has a good reason for sporting, we couldn’t get on board with the look. The sari itself felt a bit lackluster. Quite shocking considering Manish Malhotras rarely ever are.

At two different art exhibitions, Lisa and Juhi were spotted in yellow Manish Malhotra long kurtas. At first glance, I didn’t quite like the long sleeves of Juhi’s but the more I look, the less I mind. As for Lisa’s, just wish the hemline was just a few inches longer on her kurta.

At the Medscape Awards that took place in Mumbai on Saturday evening, Lisa was felicitated with the “Most Inspirational Fighter”. The actor picked up her awards wearing a jewel-print crop top and maxi skirt, both from Falguni and Shane Peacock.
While she got the styling right, the make-up really let the look down. Was it a complete deal breaker. Not really. Not for us. Was it for you?

Lisa attended Traveller India’s 5th Anniversary celebration wearing a white cape-sleeve jacket and pants by Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna. As you can see, on the runway, the pants were presented with the longer sleeve version but Lisa opted for the shorter version.
At first glance, the shorter version looked a bit awkward but considering Ms. Ray has been faltering with her recent appearances, I’ll take this one as is. It was tons better than the past few.
