… for designer duo Lecoanet and Hemant for using Rajasthani folk dancer ‘Queen Harish’ as their showstopper in response to the latest incident on Mangalore women.
Says Lecoanet: “I was disturbed by the recent Mangalore incident, when those girls got mugged. A lot has to be done for women’s rights in India”.
It is great to see them take a stand and we applaud them for it!

I know a lot of you hated this dress on her because it was too simple, but I still love it! (Except, I’d wear this with a few bangles instead of going bare.)

What’s a fashion week without some showstoppers from the cinematic background and ‘Fashion’ (the movie) had nothing to do with this trend. While Mugdha walked for Satya Paul at WLIFW, Deepika walked for Tarun Tahiliani at the Delhi Fashion Week.
I do like this outfit on her. Can’t wait to see more of Tarun’s collection but we’ll have to wait for that.
