For Twinkle, it was a gold sequin dress by Malini Ramani paired with her Alexander McQueen clutch and gold Jimmy Choo sandals. Going by the backdrop, it may be that Twinkle was adhering to the dress code by opting for a gold theme. Except, did I like the outfit. Not so much.

The length was totally off and the slit in the middle just made things worse. As did that heavy handed blush and the hairdo.

In Anushka Khanna

Kiara attended back-to-back Diwali parties last evening, and for the occasion picked an Anushka Khanna lehenga to wear. With flowers in her hair, she rounded out the look with a stack of bangles.

Without getting in to how we feel about the lehenga itself, will just say Ms. Advani made it work for her; she looked nice.

Signed up to be L’Oréal Professionnel’s ambassador, Twinkle attended the Indian Hairdressing Awards in Goa on Wednesday evening wearing a black Roberto Cavalli gown with a spiked Christian Louboutin clutch.

Another understated look of the evening and another one that I liked.
