Reshma Bombaywala sure seems to have a thing for non-mainstream pants! We much prefer her look from the brunch when compared to the premiere, you?

P.S: That’s a Jimmy Choo Maddy Bag on Reshma!

  1. i like the pinstriped pants over the checked ones too…but they seem uncomfortably tight around the thighs and above….like it might give her a wedgie!

  2. yes, if given a choise, like the bruch look, wihtout those two buckles sticking out in the thighs. the plaid pants in the left remind me of akshay at the london premier of CC2C. a disaster that was!

  3. Yeah, I like the pin striped pants better too, they make her legs look long. What’s up with those two buckles in the front of her pants?

  4. she looks nice, its a very South Bombay inverted snobbism that is happening here, where she does not have to prove a point.

  5. I have never been a fan of odd looks.. the pants just look ridiculous to me, and someone said about my comments that “LOL..its good to get a guy’s perspective”.. well I dont want to sound sexist but yes most of the top fashion designers are men so to think that men dont know women clothing would be immature… Lets see how many female winners we had compared to male winners out of five seasons of project runway?? I think that should answer a lot..
coming back to her clothing, the white top?? I seriously want to know whats so great about it???

…I can tell she’s trying for fierce though, and I don’t think I can honestly give it too her (mostly because I can TELL she’s TRYING)

  8. I like the plaid pants better though! The odd loops in the front and whatever detail that is one the sides of the striped pants are excessive. I would definitely wear the plaid pants if it could be guaranteed that I wouldn’t get much more hassle on the street for having junk in the trunk as it is. :-)

  10. I like the pin-striped pants too, minus the buckle detailing. And I quite like the way she has avoided a very “corporate” look that the pin-stripe trousers could have easily brought about had she paired them with a shirt instead of the ganji. It’s a very unusual look, and I applaud her attempt to avoid the tee+jeans, skirt+blouse route that most adopt for brunches!! Well done.

  11. I like both looks but the second look is better. Wish she didn’t wear those sunnies, shoes or necklace – they look out of place.
Oh & the metal on the front of her pants are called d-rings I think.
