Double The Spotting!
Spotted a Peter D’Ascoli (for The Malkha Project) dress on Priya Tanna recently. I love this dress, so summery!
P.S: The Malkha Project is an initiative to integrate the skills of rural weavers in contemporary fashion design industry by the designers Aneeth Arora, Peter D’Ascoli and Mayank Mansingh Kaul. Read more here and find them on Facebook here.
In other news, spotted Kiran Rao once again in Péro by Aneeth Arora. Not feeling this look.

Man! this Kiran lady really needs to fix her hair! So distracting!
Ghastly….both!
love the initiative! especially at a time when the whole world is looking to india for fashion inspiratioin
Why Kiran Rao wastes such money on labels fails me;
She looks dowdy, kooky and dull as far as I can see.
You could save some bucks and go shopping with me
I d get the labels and show Fashion Street to thee…..
I do find it interesting that Ms Tanna is never criticised on the HHC site despite being not always well put together.
Great initiative, and not a minute too soon!
Designers should really explore classy traditional weaves like Pochampally, Mangalgiri etc…
i think it is the half sleeve tee she is wearing under it! wondering if it would look better as a dress?
priya tanna – cant dress for nuts and yet is the editor of a magazine that publishes lists of fashionistas. haw haw.
Love the dress, but hate the footwear.
I too like the malkha project. But the dress is shapeless and not flattering ms tanna one bit.
