Wearing Her Own

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Pratima wear her own and may we say we like it? We totally heart this caftan… perfect to lounge around with a great glass of wine… or champagne! ;)

This caftan is part of her (Pratima’s) Autumn-Winter 09 collection and will hit retailers by September.

  1. You’ve got to be kidding me!!! There’s nothing creative in this…infact I’ve seen dresses like these plenty of times before. Only difference being my mom used them as night gowns.

  4. That is a nice caftan but not event appropriate. It is something you would wear for a casual at home event.

Why are people not wearing the appropriate clothes to events? It irks me to see it happening all the time – even Aamir wore jeans to meet with Hillary Clinton.

  5. i love this kaftan — other than the awesomeness created by the dreamy atmosphere – the light, the center piece on the center table, heck, even the carpet – the ensemble is well put together. Very sensuous.

    • Anu,
Go to The Directory and Shop Tab, there you will find lots more information on where each designer retails at and what stores, specially Ranna Gill.

  8. think its very stylish. its not nightgown at all. see the international designers and their shapes are all similar . very cutting edge and tough to carry the way she does it here. in fact the neck and embellishment is stunning. think she has an email on miss malini you can order it from

  9. I’m sorry but she just added a few inches to a regular kurta and calls it a kaftan ….I would never wear this. This is really not a “creation ” and its weird some one can it their own idea or thought…
