What’s more classic than a classic black sheath? A must-have and an investment for sure.

Can’t fault Mehr, even though the flats were bit of a let-down! So, do you think the next time we see Mehr in this dress, it’d be paired with her belt? :P

  1. this is such a boring, ordinary looking dress. And her footwear choices are very pathetic. Big let down from somebody like Mehr. Her only saving grace is her divine arm candy ;-)

  2. Lol..I know why she doesn’t accessorize much? She has an Amazing Arm Candy with her all the time <3

P.S: I have a feeling that after applying so much makeup as Models, they all tend to get as far away from the paint as possible.

  3. I just wish she’d wear more make up ,in photoshoots she looks so ethereal and beautiful that I think in real life shes a bit of a let down – very ordinary looking.

  4. The flats are TOTALLY killing the look! Anyway, I appreciate a classic black sheath dress, but it’s kinda boring, looks much better with the belt:)

  5. She was attending an event to create awareness for spinal cord injury. her outfit, flat shoes and little make up are very event appropriate.

  6. i actually like her clean “no makeup” look. she has very clear skin.
She probably wears flats instead of heels because she is so tall (she’s almost as tall as him!)

  7. @Kaya, not in agreement. She has one of the best sense of personal style I have seen on any model. Having said that not her best pics, but she seems soo comfortable with herself that she would rather dress down, than up..

  8. This dress isn’t boring and not all fashionable or stylish people need to wear outrageous, eye catching clothing! She is wearing something that is CLASSIC, and will ALWAYS be in style. If you look at her picture in fifty years she will look beautiful, whereas someone like Sonam will look silly and dated. It just irritates me that people are so dismissive of people who wear classic, well tailored clothing. Not everyone needs to take “fashion risks”…being consistently well dressed is NOT a problem people! Read: Harper’s Bazaar Great Style: Best Ways to Update Your Look.

Can I just add.. I do like fun, quirky stuff but you have to appreciate that not everyone can have the same style.. not everyone should wear Manish Arora because then it would be boring and it doesn’t suit some people. That doesn’t mean that the people who consistently wear Manish are more exciting than the people who consistently wear navy blazers or a black sheath dress with pearl earrings, nor does it mean that the former have style while the latter doesn’t.

  9. @ Sharin-I have no problem with people who wear classic clothing well. But you can even ruin classic clothing- For instance if Mehr’s had worn classy pumps instead of those drab flats (or flipflops!!) or some tasteful pearl jewellery, I would have loved her classic look. And I dont see why you should get irritated, everybody is allowed their own opinion and it will not always be the same as yours
    @ achala: clean the house?!
