LFW Winter/Festive 2010: Anita Dongre
For her showing, Anita Dongre presented designs from both her labels, Interpret as well as, Timeless.
Anita Dongre Interpret showcased western silhouettes (top row) and though the styling brought a lot to these dresses, the outfits themselves (the solid colored dresses especially) weren’t our thing. Did we really need more ruched jersey dresses in the world?
Anita Dongre Timeless was all about the more traditional Indian silhouettes. In rich and earthy colors and prints, the clothes were easy on the eyes with some very wearable pieces.
The jewelry used for the runway show was by Amrapali. Can you say yummayy!
