how do you wear a full skirt like this without it looking like a sari petticoat? i want to wear these but i have of a similar height and build to this lady and i just dont know how to work it. i dont think she escapes the “sari petticoat with a fotua” look either.

It looks like a simple lovely “pavadai sattai” look. Love. I think more girls should rock this look. Its not as common as it should be in the cities.
Dress is fine…but that hair? It seems to be the prefere style of female directors … Read zoya, mrs. Balki….. Does any one else feel the same as me?

so agree,she looks radiant, the styling is just right and she manages to stand out without being edgy
Varry nice. Although if i were being picky then that broad stitch fold at the bottom of the skirt/pants would bother me a tad. But just a tad. Sister looks good otherwise.

she always looks grungy..the clothes are okay, but her hair and makeup (or lack of) kill it for me ;o( Very, very pretentious and agree with the other comment re: wild haired female directors like Zoya, Gauri Shinde and this one..it almost seems de rigueur to not complete a look to sleekness and sophistication,
I just hate the maggi noodles hair. Can’t look past that.
