karisma is a slim/skinny woman not underweight, she’s always had a slightly large sized head, mainly due to a wide forehead, but if you look this good what does it matter.

She looks good, slight case of lollipop head aside! Fortunately, that’s more photo distortion than, you know, Priyanka Chopra. ;)
it’s a very classic look, but boy is she wearing enough make up – which stops her looking fresh faced and ages her somewhat.. She is very well groomed – quite the society wife/ex bollywood actress but there is something a bit meh about her style.
I don’t think the jeans in the second pic are too short – think its just the style (capri /pedal pusher skinnies) whereas with Soha it normally looks like she is wearing jeans that are too short (normally cos the cut is bootcut looking).
she does have a stylist…her name is karishma treahan..its been said in a lot of interviews n all..

Agree with alot of ppl here;She has figured out how to spend money right,which isss good as many ppl annoyingly haven’t,she knows what works for her and she plays safe with it.Conclusion:She’s well turned out and boring haha
