oh dear! what a waste of a beautiful face and a nice petite figure.
I actually think the colour looks good on her. Things I would change – thicker straps on the blouse, proper draping (i.e. pallu not pinned up), and lose that shimmery petticoat thing. My thinking is, if one element of an outfit is sexified (here it being the net/see-through sari fabric), everything else should be relatively reserved.
It’s a terrible appearance. This cannot be the Kangana who comes across looking so classy most of the time. Hope this is a one-time aberration.

Better hair was really missing here. Reducing the pallu over the shoulder and across the chest like that makes it look like a dress put together from jungle vines. Too Tarzan-y.
