Not everyone at Shilpa Shetty’s reception was doing ‘pink’… these ladies shimmered in white and gold. And, as lovely as these ladies looked, I am in love with Haseena’s sari. W A N T. :)

i liked Haseena’s sari but what i loved better was Kalyani’s outfit.
Haseena’s is the only one amongst all these ladies (in this post and other posts) that really wore a ‘I want that one!!!’ type sari. Rest really fell flat-shame with the amount of money and celeb-power that walked into that reception.

The style of Kalyani’s drapping is called “thavani” in south india. I guess the style is going global.
True that. Have noticed a lot of lehengas (or ghagras?) worn the thavani style.

this is the first time, where i havent really gone wow over kalyani and that has to do with make up. haseena’s saree is good and the best among the lot but nothing new at all.

Hassena’s look is kinda unkept…its like she ‘wrapped’ the saree around her and not ‘draped’ it. Somehow, i find the grace missing. Kalyani’s necklace is so AWESOME! I want :)

Actually Haseenas saree looks similar to a lot that are out there at the moment. Personally I love Kalyanis whole look, but is that a saree or lehnga? If its a saree its to die for, she always looks so sophisticated.
