Omgoodness! She looks terrible-from head to toe-LITERALLY! Her face is so lifeless! And the color of her shirt does nothing for her complexion. AND DONT even get me started on those ripped jeans-they are a BIG no no on any age group! What in the world were you thinking deepika???????

okay I KNOW the woman is beyond gorgeous, but seriously what was she thinking??? “Wow, Im on the vogue cover and I’m so hot that I’ll just show up in my grungiest jeans and a work out T-shirt and people will still worship me anyway?”
Seriously, she has the money, she has the body to carry anything off, and she has the perfect occasion to dress well for, so WHY cant she just dress well for god’s sake.

Extremely inappropriate for a launch, she looks so out of place BUT contrary to what others said, I do love her look. Perhaps we have been just socialised to believe that stars should wear pretty dresses wherever they go.
By the way, Kimz694, I am of Deepika’s skin tone and yellow does do wonders, trust me.

Deepika is a gorgeous girl. But this outfit is not appropriate anywhere but at home. It is not even gym wear because who exercises in jeans?
She is not a fashionista and good for her. But at least go for simple and elegant which is rare in BW these days.
lol…I don’t HATE the look per say, but I agree it’s not event appropriate. She could play badminton in this but it’s really not for launching Vogue lmao. That being said, the hair doesn’t go with the outfit and she could be the next model for Abercrombie:)

Gosh if this girl was anymore bland she’d disappear. Don’t like anything about her outfit, her vogue photos are cool but without the excessive styling she is so vanilla so bland and so so forgettable.
I think Deepika looks great here, she always gives good face, unlike Kareena who wears Armani dresses for brunch and still doesn’t look half as beautiful on GOOD DAYS. Maybe not totally event appropriate but perhaps Deepika was trying to be ironic? Or did anyone even consider that the organizers dressed her and that she didn’t have much choice in the matter?And why are all of you ripping on ripped jeans (sorry, I couldn’t help myself)? They are still in.
And by the way Vixen, I’m Singaporean and NONE of the numerous girls from India who attend my university look half as good as Deepika. Also Vixen, how would you distinguish ordinary from extraordinarily pretty? Would you think she was better looking if she was as pale as the underbelly of a dead fish like Kareena, whom everybody here seems to fawn over? And”BAAA” to the rest of you too.

Well, I can tell you that if they walked down any street here anywhere in Europe, I am almost confinced that everybody will look at them. and if we got to know them, we would totally love them. but here confident, intelligence, strong personality, non-negativity etc. are considered attractive.
and they are A-list actors and stars in India, so they/you must like that too.

you know, i don’t think her outfit suits the occasion. But I do think she looks great, here skin is glowing, and her figure has inspired me to hit the gym. It’s a fabulous casual look, just not suited for the event.
