She is quite boring when it comes to dressing department. I have almost always seen her in similar dresses..short, flaring from under the bust and solid colors. Makes her look like she is trying too hard. I don’t like her in this pic either ..nothing works here. Be a little more experimental Bips..this is so yaaawn!!

I was all cheering for the dress but then I read all of your comments about it not being right for her age. Sad but true! Maybe with spunky hair she could pull it off but it’s a slim chance.
