Deepika attended a press screening of Tamasha on Friday wearing a polka dotted jumpsuit and floral jacket, both by Payal Pratap. The length of the jumpsuit felt a bit awkward to me at first glance and now having seen the model version, where it’s more like culottes, I now know why.

The separates worked when dressed up with the sandals, am not quite a fan of pairing them with the espadrilles. Are you?

Promotions in Delhi saw Deepika in two & Other Stories look that were accentuated with gold jewellery. On day one, she wore a midi sweater dress worn with a pleated skirt and nude ankle-strap pumps form Zara. Giving the one toned look a bit of visual interest were the gold Dolce & Gabbana danglers.

Day two saw her in a marsala colored dress paired with a belt from Zara. Burgundy Tom Ford pumps, a red lip and an assortment of chunky Amrapali cuffs finished out this other one-toned look.

Between the two, I have to admit, I loved the sweater dress look just a wee bit more. Which of the two here was your favorite? Both is an acceptable answer too. :P

For Tamasha promotions, Deepika, her co-star Ranbir and director Imtiaz Ali took an overnight train ride from Mumbai all the way to Delhi.

For the overnight journey, Deepika kept it casual wearing a Shahin Mannan sweatshirt with distressed boyfriend denims and grey Nike sneakers. Not that I expected anything else, but these days, you can’t really tell. Most folks dress up a bit too much for simple events.

Coming back to Ms. Padukone’s look, she looked cute. Now, I just need to get my hands on that sweatshirt. :P

Ms. Padukone visited the sets of Bigg Boss for Tamasha promotions wearing a polka dotted shirt with blue pants, both from Bodice. Hair in a ponytail, her look was finished out with layered necklaces and white sneakers that picked up on the polka dots of the shirt.

Is it me or do the fit of the boxy pants look off? They just don’t seem to fall right. Waist up though, she looked cute.
