Ponytail in place, she rounded out the look with a pair of oversized hoop earrings and Tresmode sandals. Ileana also served as a judge at the Miss India pageant and at the event was seen doing red on red in a Rutu Neeva gown. I may be in the minority but the gown looked a bit odd to me with that single ruffle and the cold-shoulder sleeve.
