Would You Wear It?
We spotted Jillian Barberie wearing a dress recently that had quite the obvious “ethnic” influence. (Except, am just not sure if her dress was made from a sari or worse, old curtains.) But, it sure did remind me of the collection presented by Rehane at Wills Fashion Week, which infused western silhouettes with ethnic details which I fell in love with!
What’s more your style? Jillian’s or Rehane’s?

rehane’s is my kinda style but i stil liked da othr woman, she is still lukin mighty fine to me~
Rehane…the first style has been done to death.
Rehane, of course, but you need a mighty trim waistline for that dress…
Rehane definitely – the first one is probably Marchesa
i like the red one … even tho it IS overdone
Rehane of course, althoughI doubt I’d be able to pull that off with my body type
Rehane definitely. the red one is very much a case of the west just discovering the east. rehane’s is a much more refined form of fusion
Red is outdated. Love the purple.
Rehane!
Love the purple dress except for the waist band. Looks like something you would get when you visit Vaishno Devi. Saree dresses have been done to death. One comes out every season and I have never seen it catch on.
Oooooh I love the red dress! Great way to use Mom’s wedding saree.
^really? she will let you cut it?
Love the Rehane dress!! Where can I buy it?
