I hafta say mugdha is better here. urvashi comes close, but mugdha’s layered necklace and reddish shoes make the whole ensemble more catchy. i also like her bangs.. suits her face!
Mugdha because she has tiny waist unlike urvashi. Also mugdha accessiorize to give it a flair. Urvashi is wearing same shoes as her last even where she wore the offwhite dress !

Tough call. But I’d go with Mugdha. She lightened up what could be a stern look with her strings and shoes
