Spotted Vipasha in the same Raakesh Agarvwal Spring 09 dress that we first saw Priyanka Chopra wear on her Grazia cover!
Sure it isn’t fare fair to compare an appearance to a photo-shoot but PC owns this dress.

Vipasha’s hair & makeup is spot in this time – but why did she pick another dress again which clings to her stomach? Not flattering!!

priyanka really rocks this dress. it’s hardly the end of the world if someone doesn’t change their hairstyle.
I have mentioned this before as well. Vipasha is never well dressed or looks good with hair styling/make up when she is off runway. Its a shame someone who is in the business of fashion can’t see what fits well and how to make things fit well. Vipasha’s bust area itself makes the dress look fugly.
Sometimes I wonder if models loose their ability to think how things look good on them since they are always directed by others while on work!

I like Priyanka’s hair here. I wish she would take those extensions out. This dress does not flatter Vipasha’s figure- it makes her look like she has a poochy belly.
The dress is ugly and unflattering on all three.
I think its looks really nice of Prianka. she has a nice figure.
