In Twos
Wearig saris with floral borders, Vidya promoted her upcoming movie at two recent events. Wavy hair and jewelry that included jhumkis and cocktail rings rounded out the actor’s look. Both saris worked but it was the dusty-pink Nikasha that stood out more; the color looked great on her.

It doesnt matter what she wears. She will have this funny ” breath sucked in” pose coupled with a self conscious, under-confident demeanor. Cant imagine a woman in her position who lacks confidence so badly!
I mean she looks nice and all, but why does it always look like she’s squeezed into the blouse?
I agree.
Lol. Because she always wears such tight blouses.
In as much as I admire her for loving her curves and wearing sarees, I am bored by the lack of novelty! With such a rich heritage of weaves, textures and silks to chose and endorse, it is a pity that her choices are so lackluster and drab!
Agree every bit.
Both sarees are lovely. While I personally prefer the green saree, I have to agree with others that she does look pretty uncomfortable. Don’t know why she lacks confidence because she’s such a talented actress. AND how I wish this woman would wear some bangles and necklaces now and then, instead of just earrings.
Wow, the Nikasha is really enhancing her curves!
May God save this saree queen!
Nothing wrong in wearing sarees 24/7. But that blouse! It brings out the worst.
How does she expect to sell movie tickets with such boring promotional appearances? That blouse style will be responsible for nailing the coffin on her career, if she continues like this.
The arms are so stiff and uncomfortable. I’d like to see her once without the bent arm position.
First sari, she looks as though her shoulders are held up! why wear such unflattering clothes that dwarf her?! her arms must ache !
Sarees show off Vidya’s gorgeous curves and she’s probably most comfortable in them but they all look the same on her because she styles them the same way.
I’m dying for something else from Vidya. Please pretty please!
The first picture is seriously funny…she looks puffed up with the breath holding. I seriously love Vidya’s craft but she needs to reinvent herself in the fashion department…sarees can be extremely fashionable with the right styling, but she is stuck in a rut.
