Color Match Or Color Clash?

Comment image 24

It was orange pumps with printed dresses for both these ladies but Urmila went a match-ey route while Gul went for the color clash factor.

For once, well at least in this scenario, we think Gul fares much better. It doesn’t show in this pic but in some, that shade of lipcolor almost made Urmila look like a case of “Match-Much”.

You can catch more pics from the event Here.

P.S. Urmila is in Anita Dongre Timeless while Gul is in AND.

  1. We must be looking at different pics, because for me Urmila wins this hands down. Her lipstick is also pink with bluish undertones, not orange to match her shoes. Such a breather from the muddy brown shades favored by Indian actresses a la Gul.

Gul’s hair is mess. She has that old lady poufed up hair thing going! A classic example of a gamine cut gone wrong

  2. U guys r s bad. Urmila wins dis one by miles. Gul looks like she belongs to Himalayas wid that hair and that pose. Urmila looks fresh n very feminine. I’m loving the printed dress on her and that clutch cud have been avoided.

    • Gosh! So Gul’s hair looks different from every Eena, Meena, Tina in Bollywood. I am so glad she doesn’t sport the same hairstyle like every other Indian celebrity – who has either poker straight hair or a la Farrah Fawcett hair. So what?!! Big deal. Gul atleast looks refreshingly different, and is not a Bollywood actress clone. Thankfully!

  3. I like Urmila here. Gul’s shoes completely clash with the outfit but Urmila looks great. I love the orange clutch and with black shoes, she would’ve looked 10 times better!

  4. I agree.. Urmila does do the matching thing a little much. Black pumps, nude lips and tied back hair would have nailed it for me.

Gul looks well put together- the pumps add a nice color pop to the staid dress.
