My first thought was COS. I noticed the shoes first, but the whole thing is very COS.
So an outfit with pants riding up the crotch is a look that works? Did I miss a fashion memo that states this..??
those pants are so ill-fitted, it is too tight on the waist in an effort to cinch it, which is causing it to balloon up till the crotch. not sure how turning up in such ill fitted pants is working it
