Wearing a Forever 21 pullover with barely there shorts, Sarah attended Richa’s birthday bash on Wednesday night. A casual take in sneakers and I might have liked this look. But as is, with the pantyhose and the sandals, the look felt it belonged more in a dance video than real life. (Yep, I’ve been watching way too many Bey videos!)
